Retentionclub is a specialized CRM agency for E-Commerce. We help online shops reach their existing customers via email and WhatsApp, bind them, and build long-term revenue.

We work fully remotely with direct customer contact and high quality standards. Professionally and visually.

Tasks

This role is not a classical graphic design position.

Your focus will be clearly on design - at the same time, we expect you to be willing to learn about marketing step by step.

The goal of this role is not 'build nice emails', but shape effective communication.

Your tasks:

• Designing emails for E-Commerce brands
• Translating content requirements into clear, high-quality designs
• Continuously developing layouts, structures, and design standards
• Collaboration with me on campaign conception
• In the long run: Integration in customer projects and exchange at a content level

Design is your entry point.
Marketing understanding will become an integral part of your daily routine.

Qualification

• A very good eye for design, typography, and visual order
• Experience in digital design (e.g. web, email, interfaces)
• Clean, structured work process
• A genuine willingness to learn about marketing
• Interest in how communication via email and WhatsApp works

You don't need a marketing background.
But this role only works if you want more long-term than just design.
