These include lovingly illustrated greeting cards, high-quality gift ideas, elegant stationery, charming packaging, and innovative sound products.

Our strength lies in creative design ideas that evoke emotions and connect people. From the initial idea to the finished product, we support our customers with a well-rehearsed team from the design and product development departments, as well as experienced production partners.

Designer (m/f/d) Gift Items & Print

Responsibilities

With passion and creativity, you will design unique gift items, greeting cards, and high-quality stationery products. You will develop new ideas, implement designs, and work closely with final artwork preparation and product development to realize innovative and appealing products that bring a smile to others.

Your core responsibilities at a glance:

• Development of creative ideas and concepts for new gift item and greeting card series
• Design of print layouts in various styles
• Preparation of drafts for final artwork preparation
• Research of trends, visual worlds, and design inspirations
• Participation in the creation of prototypes and samples in close cooperation with product development
• Image editing and visual preparation of design ideas for internal coordination

Qualifications

• Work Experience: You already have experience in design, whether through studies, internships, or a job. More important than your background are your creative strength and enthusiasm for good design.
• Industry Relevance: Initial exposure to greeting cards, stationery, or gift items is a prerequisite, whether through work experience or personal creative projects. If you enjoy designing these products, you're in the right place.
• Education: You have completed a degree in Communication Design, Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or Media Design, or have completed vocational training, e.g., as a Media Designer, Technical Design Assistant, Product Designer, or Print Media Technologist. Alternatively, you bring relevant practical work experience.
• Work Style: You work independently, in a structured and reliable manner, find creative solutions, and use sources of inspiration specifically for your ideas. You also enjoy taking responsibility for your projects.
• Teamwork: You feel comfortable in a small, family-like team and enjoy being an important part of it.
• Languages: You have very good German language skills and ideally good English language skills.
