The role: main responsibilities and tasks Ann Demeulemeester is looking for a Designer Studio Coordinator who will be responsible for the following activities: - Calendar management; - Agenda management, organization of meetings, coordination between style office and other departments; - Management of periodic meetings with stylists and their agencies; - Coordination of approval and delivery steps; - Coordination of creative workflow and process; - Monitoring of costs and budget for the style office; - Model casting management; - Headpiece, prototype, material coordination; - Coordination of work needs for the style office (permissions, absences, convocations, travel, etc.). Your profile should have - At least 3/5 years of experience in a similar role within a style office; - Availability to travel to Paris; - Excellent written and spoken English knowledge; - Excellent knowledge of the Office package; - Nice to have: French language knowledge will be considered a plus.
