The Marketing and Communication department is responsible for the brand image and notoriety of Réunir, its subsidiaries, and its Members.

We are currently looking for an enthusiastic and creative Multimedia Designer, ready to support the Marketing and Communication Director in deploying the strategy of the department and the associative group.

Your missions

Your main missions:

Print communication materials, Art direction & visual identity

• Design and adapt visual identities and communication campaigns for our events and occasionally for our members.
• Imagine and create the graphic universes for our trade shows such as IFTM, Autocars Expo, Mobco… (stands, wall coverings, communication materials, signage, print and digital adaptations.)
• Design the visual identity of our annual congress, the Réunir Future Congress.
• Oversee the graphic chain: selection and negotiation with printers, approval of proofs, production monitoring, quality control, and coordination of various stakeholders until the delivery of materials.
• Create internal communication content and materials (content for company TVs, letters, posters, email banners, visuals, and other institutional materials.)

📱 Digital content creation

• Create visuals for social media.
• Adapt digital campaigns.
• Create illustrations, infographics, and communication materials.
• Conduct creative monitoring to propose innovative concepts.

🎥 Video & Motion Design

• Design the art direction for our videos.
• Create motion design animations.
• Film, edit, and dress reports/videos.
• Create intros, animations, jingles, and graphic overlays.
• Edit our video and audio podcasts.

Events

• Occasional assistance during events

Your skills

A portfolio is essential and must illustrate your achievements in graphic design, art direction, visual identity, video, and motion design.

You are:

• Holder of a Master 2 degree in graphic design, multimedia design, art direction, visual communication, or creative arts.
• Recognized for your creativity
• Possessing excellent graphic culture and a true artistic sensibility
• Autonomous, rigorous, organized with a strong team spirit.
• Curious, constantly monitoring creative trends and driven by the desire to innovate.
• At ease in project management and coordination with various stakeholders (internal teams, printers, service providers, partners).
• Expert in the use of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and proficiency in Figma is a plus.
• Good command of video editing/motion graphics software such as After Effects, Premiere Pro.
• Organized, attentive
• Agile and you adapt easily.

You have significant experience in communication, 2 years minimum, ideally in an associative environment or for an SME.

If you wish to actively participate in the development and promotion of a committed and recognized associative network.
