Aufgaben

Marketing Design

• Design of advertising materials for social media, paid ads, websites, and email marketing
• Development of new visual campaigns and creative concepts
• Creation of performant creatives for Meta, Google, YouTube, and other digital channels
• Support in the further development of the Mammutmarsch brand world
• Development of new visual approaches to increase reach, engagement, and conversion

Event Design

• Design of medals, shirts, certificates, event materials, and merchandise
• Development of individual event designs for national and international events
• Ensuring a consistent brand appearance across all events
• Development of new merchandise products and collections

Produktion & Umsetzung

• Creation of printable files and production data
• Coordination with printers, producers, and other service providers
• Quality control of samples and productions
• Support in the further development of internal design processes

Innovation & KI

• Observation of current design trends and new creative formats
• Identification and use of modern design and AI tools
• Development of efficient and scalable design processes
• Introduction of new ideas and creative approaches for marketing and events

Qualifikation

• Experience in graphic design for digital channels (social media, paid ads, websites, email marketing etc.)
• Familiarity with Adobe Creative Cloud (especially Photoshop and Illustrator, ideally experience with Figma)
• Sense of modern design trends and strong visual communication
• Experience in creating advertising materials for digital platforms
• Creativity and the ability to develop new ideas and concepts independently
• Structured and self-reliant work style
• High quality standards
• Ideal experience with print design and preparing print data
• Ideal experience with AI-supported design tools and modern content tools
• Ideal experience in collaboration with printers and producers
