Responsibilities and Tasks of the Function

• Ensure consistent application of LUZA's visual identity and associated companies.
• Create, adapt, and finalize graphic pieces for institutional, commercial, and employer branding campaigns (on and offline).
• Support the marketing team in developing strategic presentations and promotional materials.
• Collaborate on content development for social media, website, emails, events, printed materials, and internal communications.
• Work with branding, content, social media, and event teams to maintain visual coherence between proposal and communication strategy.
• Participate in creative brainstorming sessions and suggest innovative visual solutions for communication challenges.
• Familiarize yourself with design trends, branding, and technology to apply innovation and aesthetic relevance to projects.
• Develop mockups and simulations of brand use for different contexts (sets, gifts, presentations, digital media).
• Serve as the guardian of the brand's visual execution, ensuring excellence and standardization.

Required Skills

• Degree in Graphic Design, Communication Design, Advertising, or related fields.
• Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
• Experience with visual identity and institutional pieces.
• Portfolio showcasing creativity, technical skills, and versatility.
