Senior Instructional Designer

What we are looking for

We are looking for a Communication professional passionate about digital education, with solid experience in creating multimedia content for learning and genuine interest in applying Artificial Intelligence to education.

We are looking for someone curious, analytical, and creative, who enjoys transforming knowledge into engaging and effective learning experiences.

The ideal professional must have the ability to analyze, synthesize, and restructure complex content, develop instructional scripts for different formats, and manage multiple projects simultaneously, always bringing critical thinking and a strategic vision for innovation.

Role Mission

Develop learning solutions by applying methodologies, techniques, generative AI tools, and content automation to optimize the teaching-learning process, increase engagement, and strengthen brand authority through relevant and transformative learning experiences.

Main Responsibilities

• Create and structure digital courses, learning paths, and journeys in different formats (e-learning, microlearning, videos, podcasts, etc.).
• Participate in briefing and validation meetings with clients and internal teams.
• Identify learning needs and translate business objectives into effective educational solutions.
• Collect, analyze, synthesize, and structure technical, conceptual, and behavioral content.
• Apply AI tools in generating texts, images, scripts, and assessments, ensuring instructional consistency and quality.
• Utilize prompt engineering techniques to guide AI in generating instructional content and developing personalized learning experiences.
• Design and create learning agents for corporate education, capable of interacting with users and supporting the learning process.
• Develop instructional plans and visual scripts in partnership with designers and video producers.
• Create knowledge assessments and learning impact indicators (Learning KPIs).
• Monitor internal production processes and ensure the final quality of projects.
• Monitor AI and Learning Analytics trends, proposing innovations in learning methodologies and formats.
• Collaborate with Design, Technology, and Project Management teams in the development of new educational products and services.

Desired Experience

• Previous experience in communication agencies, corporate education companies, or EdTechs.
• Experience with authoring tools (such as Hands-on) and applying AI to education.
• Familiarity with online course structures, script development, and instructional storytelling.

Education

Graduation in Communication, Journalism, Instructional Design, Educational Technology, or related fields.

Post-graduation in Education, Digital Media, Learning Experience Design, or Neuroeducation will be considered a plus.

Knowledge and Tools

• Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced proficiency in PowerPoint, and collaboration tools like Slack and Trello.
• Authoring tools.
• Generative Artificial Intelligence tools.
• Learning methodologies: 6Ds, Microlearning, Social Learning, Adaptive Learning, among others.
