There is no such thing as a typical workday with us. We are constantly evolving as a company and expect the same from you. We offer you a broad and multifaceted range of tasks, which we can gladly weight according to your individual strengths.

• Development of designs for various communication channels such as print, web, or social media
• Concept development of web design and implementation in page builders (we will train you from A to Z here)
• Application of Adobe design programs (e.g., Illustrator, InDesign etc.)
• Further activities from our service portfolio that bring you fun and joy

Qualification

Do spelling and formulation errors cause itching on your body?
That's a good start.

A flawless resume, top grades, and a degree in your pocket? That's good and is also rewarded by us, but it's not a must. We are primarily interested in you as a person and always check individually whether your expectations, your skills, and your drive fit with us. You should definitely bring qualities such as independent work, a sense of responsibility, and openness to new things.

In addition, the position comes with the following profile of requirements:

• You have a completed degree, ideally with a background in design, marketing, communication science, or a similar field
• You are a creative mind and have a feel for good design
• Ideally, you already have work experience in consulting firms, agencies, or human resources (-marketing) departments of companies – career starters are also welcome!
• Hands-on mentality, flexibility, reliability, teamwork, and motivation are part of your personality
