Tasks.

We don't have something like a typical workday at our company. We are constantly developing ourselves as an organization and expect the same from you. In return, we offer you a broad and diverse range of tasks that we would be happy to weight according to your individual strengths.

• Development of designs for various communication channels such as print, web, or social media
• Conceptualization of web design and implementation of this in page builders (here we'll teach you from A to Z)
• Application of Adobe design programs (e.g. Illustrator, InDesign etc.)
• Other tasks from our performance spectrum that bring you joy and pleasure

Qualifikation

Error-free writing and formatting errors cause itching on your body?

That's already good.

A flawless resume, best grades, and the study in your pocket? That's good and will be honored at our company, but it doesn't have to be. We're interested in you as a person and check individually whether your expectations, skills, and drive fit us. Characteristics like self-employed work, sense of responsibility, and openness to new things should be brought along.

In addition, the position brings the following requirements profile:

• You have completed studies, ideally with a background in design, marketing, communication science or a similar field
• You are a creative head and have a feel for good design
• Ideal candidate has already gained work experience at consulting firms, agencies or personnel (-marketing) departments of companies - newcomers are also welcome!
• Hands-on mentality, flexibility, reliability, team spirit and motivation are part of your personality
