Interior Designer

We are looking for an experienced interior designer to collaborate, in a remote and almost exclusive dedication regime, on the development of a comprehensive project for a corporate space.

This is a project with a predicted duration between 1 and 2 months, whose objective is to create a contemporary design concept, functional and differentiating, developing all necessary documentation for its implementation.

We are looking for a creative professional, with strong technical skills and attention to detail, capable of transforming an idea into a complete and prepared project for execution.

Main Responsibilities

The professional will be responsible for the development of the interior design project, including:

Study and Planning of the Space

• Functional analysis of the space;
• Study of circulation and organization of different areas;
• Definition of layouts;
• Suggestions for optimizing the space;

Interior Design Project

Complete development of the project, including:

• Selection of furniture;
• Illumination;
• Materials;
• Flooring;
• Coverings;
• Woodwork;
• Decorative elements;
• Solutions for storage;
• Acoustic elements;
• Colors and finishes;
• Environments and visual identity of the space.
  
  
  

3D Modeling and Visualization

Development of three-dimensional models and realistic images of all areas of the project, including:

• 3D modeling;
• Fotorealistic renderings;
• Different perspectives of spaces;
• Adjustments and iterations as necessary.
  
  
  

Tech Specs

Preparation of all necessary documentation for the implementation of the project, including:

• Detailed identification of all products used;
• Brands and manufacturers;
• Models;
• References;
• Colors;
• Materials;
• Quantities;
• Estimated acquisition values;
• Suggestions for suppliers and alternatives when applicable.
  
  
  

The goal is to deliver a project that will allow subsequent requests for quotes and direct negotiation with suppliers and manufacturers.

Deliverables

At the end of the project, the following should be delivered:

• Final layout of the space;
• Complete 3D model;
• Fotorealistic images of all environments;
• Manual of specifications for materials and products;
• Complete list of furniture, lighting, decoration, and remaining elements used;
• Document with brands, models, references, and estimated values;

Requirements

Mandatory

• Degree in Interior Design, Interior Architecture or equivalent field;
• Proven experience in corporate, commercial, or residential interior design projects of high quality;
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail;
• Mastery of 3D modeling and visualization tools;

Selection Process

Candidates pre-selected may be invited to complete a small technical challenge paid, which will allow evaluating the quality of proposals, the level of detail in the documentation produced, and the ability to transform a briefing into an interior design project complete and ready for execution.
