Design Team Lead

As a Design & Sales Lead, you should have excellent creative thinking skills and be able to create Modular designs based on conversations with a client. You should be confident in communicating regularly with clients to assess their needs and adjust a given approach based on feedback. You should maintain familiarity with the Interior Design landscape and trends to provide the client with the best idea & drive Sales Closure. Roles & Responsibilities To own the Customer Experience during a project, you will be responsible for: • Developing and maintaining relationships with clients; • Conducting workshops and presentations to communicate design concepts and ideas; • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution; • Providing exceptional customer service by being responsive to client needs and concerns. You should have experience in Interior Design, Sales, and Project Management.
