As Design Team Lead, you will be responsible for leading our design team, defining the visual identity of our products, and ensuring that our designs are user-centered, innovative, and scalable. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement design strategies that drive business results. Your responsibilities will include: • Leading a team of designers to create innovative and effective designs that meet business objectives. • Defining the visual identity of our products, including logos, color schemes, typography, and imagery. • Collaborating with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to develop and implement design strategies. • Conducting design research to inform design decisions and ensure user-centered design solutions. • Developing and maintaining design standards and guidelines for the company. • Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in design and technology. • Mentoring and coaching junior designers to improve their skills and performance. • Participating in design reviews and providing feedback on designs. • Working closely with the product development team to ensure that designs are feasible and meet business objectives. • Developing and managing budgets for design projects. • Collaborating with other departments, such as marketing and communications, to develop brand identity and messaging.
