Design Manager / Sustainability

Position Overview

The Design Manager (Sustainability) is responsible for leading the strategy and coordination of architectural and MEP design, ensuring that projects are functional, aesthetic, feasible for execution, and 100% aligned with the brand/client's standards and guidelines, as well as applicable current norms and regulations. Works closely with the Project Manager, providing technical support throughout all project phases.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate the development of architectural and MEP design, ensuring compliance with regulations, brand standards, and operational functionality.
• Supervise internal and external design teams, facilitating integration between disciplines (architecture, structure, MEP, lighting, furniture) and ensuring the technical quality of deliverables.
• Review and validate design documentation (drawings, renders, specifications, mood boards, and presentations), ensuring compliance with brand guidelines and user experience.
• Support the Project Manager in technical design decisions, participating in interdisciplinary coordination sessions.

Required Qualifications: University degree in Architecture, Industrial Design, Civil Engineering, or related field. Minimum 3 years of related experience.

Competence and Skills: Knowledge of construction and design norms and regulations; functional, aesthetic, and MEP sensibility for design projects.

Languages: Advanced English.
