Royal Ocean Marine is seeking an experienced Design Manager specializing in Civil Engineering projects to lead our client's design team. The successful candidate will oversee the development and implementation of civil project designs, ensuring compliance with technical specifications, budget constraints, and timelines. Your expertise will play a crucial role in transforming conceptual ideas into viable engineering solutions. Key Responsibilities: Lead the design process for r projects from conceptualization to completion, ensuring that all designs meet the required standards, are feasible, and align with the client's objectives. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineers, architects, and other stakeholders to develop and implement design solutions. Coordinate with project managers to ensure that design deliverables are aligned with project timelines and budgets. Develop and maintain relationships with clients, ensuring that their design needs are met and that they are satisfied with the services provided. Key Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field. At least 5 years of experience in a design management role, preferably in the civil engineering industry. Strong understanding of civil engineering design principles, including project management, construction methods, and materials. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, engineers, and other stakeholders. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Proficiency in CAD software, such as AutoCAD or Revit, and experience with design management software, such as Autodesk Design Review or Bluebeam.
