DESIGN LEAD - INTERMEDIATE

Job Summary: The Intermediate Design Lead will play a vital role in leading and managing the design process for smaller institutional and civic architecture projects and renovations. This position presents an exciting opportunity for career growth, with the potential to advance to Senior Design Lead or specialize as a P3 (Public-Private Partnership) Design Lead in the future. Key Responsibilities: Lead the design process for smaller-scale institutional and civic architecture projects and renovations. Collaborate with project managers, architects, and engineers to ensure design solutions meet project requirements. Develop and maintain design concepts, sketches, and presentations. Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure design solutions meet their needs. Manage and prioritize multiple design projects simultaneously. Ensure design projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. Key Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or related field. 5+ years of experience in design leadership or management. Strong understanding of design principles, architectural styles, and building codes. Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills.
