Summary of the Role We are looking for skilled and motivated Design for Test (DFT) Engineers with 4–10 years of experience in developing and implementing advanced DFT methods and techniques to ensure high-quality testability and reliability of complex digital circuits. Key Responsibilities: • Develop and implement advanced DFT methods and techniques to ensure high-quality testability and reliability of complex digital circuits. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including VLSI Design, Test, and Product Engineering to develop and integrate DFT solutions into the overall product development process. • Work closely with customers to understand their requirements and provide tailored DFT solutions that meet their needs. • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in DFT and related technologies. • Participate in design reviews, test planning, and test execution activities to ensure high-quality test results. • Develop and maintain technical documentation and reports on DFT methodologies and best practices. • Contribute to the development of new DFT tools and methodologies. • Collaborate with other teams to develop and integrate DFT solutions into Tessolve's product portfolio. Requirements: • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field. • 4–10 years of experience in developing and implementing advanced DFT methods and techniques. • Strong understanding of digital circuit design principles and test methodologies. • Experience with industry-standard DFT tools and methodologies (e.g., Synopsys VCS, Cadence Genus). • Familiarity with programming languages such as Python, C++, or MATLAB. • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently. • Strong communication and collaboration skills. • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
