Design Expert - Civil

Review and vet civil and structural designs, drawings, and calculations submitted by consultants and contractors. Ensure compliance with IS Codes, IRC, NBC, MoRTH, CPWD, and project specifications. Check consistency between design calculations, drawings, BOQs, and specifications. Suggest value engineering solutions without compromising quality or safety. Coordinate with architects, MEP engineers, geotechnical consultants, and site teams. Participate in technical meetings with clients and stakeholders to ensure that designs meet project requirements and are feasible for construction. Verify that all submissions comply with relevant codes, regulations, and standards. Provide expert advice on design-related matters to project team members. Identify potential issues or conflicts and propose solutions to mitigate risks. Ensure that all designs are properly documented and maintained throughout the project lifecycle.
