Design Engineer

Description We are seeking a skilled Design Engineer to join our team at Network Plus, supporting the United Utilities contract. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and delivering high-quality design solutions for water and wastewater infrastructure projects. You’ll work closely with project managers, field teams, and client representatives to ensure designs are technically accurate, compliant with regulatory standards, and delivered on time. The ideal candidate will have experience in CAD software, such as AutoCAD or Revit, and be familiar with industry-standard design tools like MicroStation. You should also have a strong understanding of water and wastewater infrastructure, including pipe sizing, pump selection, and valve installation. Additionally, you will need to be able to work effectively in a team environment, communicate complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders, and maintain accurate records of your designs and calculations.
