Design Engineer - Industrial Heating

Company Profile Our client, a multinational reality specialized in the development of electric industrial heating solutions for applications in the energy, chemical and manufacturing sectors, is looking for a Design Engineer to be inserted into the Italian engineering team. The resource will contribute to the design and implementation of custom heating systems, ensuring regulatory compliance, project quality, and technical support throughout the entire project lifecycle. Responsibilities include: • Developing and implementing innovative solutions for industrial heating applications; • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and coordination; • Conducting feasibility studies and risk assessments to identify potential issues and develop mitigation strategies; • Designing and testing prototypes to validate design concepts and optimize performance; • Ensuring compliance with relevant regulations, standards, and industry best practices; • Providing technical support and training to customers and internal stakeholders; • Staying up-to-date with the latest technological advancements and industry trends. Requirements: • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field; • Minimum 3 years of experience in design engineering, preferably in the industrial heating sector; • Strong understanding of thermal systems, heat transfer principles, and fluid dynamics; • Proficiency in CAD software (e.g. SolidWorks, Autodesk Inventor) and simulation tools (e.g. ANSYS, COMSOL); • Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex problems and develop creative solutions; • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams; • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple projects and deadlines; • Fluency in English (written and spoken).
