Job Summary:- We are looking for a talented Design Engineer who will be responsible for designing and developing innovative products that meet customer needs. The successful candidate will have a passion for design, creativity, and problem-solving skills. The role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to develop new product concepts, prototypes, and production-ready designs. Responsibilities:- • Design and develop innovative products that meet customer needs and expectations. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop new product concepts, prototypes, and production-ready designs. • Conduct market research and analyze customer feedback to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement. • Develop and maintain design standards, guidelines, and best practices. • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, technologies, and innovations to continuously improve product designs. Requirements:- • Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Design, Mechanical Engineering, or related field. • Minimum 3 years of experience in design engineering, preferably in the home appliances industry. • Strong understanding of design principles, human factors, and ergonomics. • Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, Autodesk Inventor) and other design tools. • Excellent communication and collaboration skills. • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
