Design Engineer

Preparing technical studies to support commercial proposals. Offering innovative technical solutions to commercial teams (comparisons and alternatives). Supporting the Project Manager with design-related questions, including risk and opportunity analyses. Maintaining contacts with external partners such as architects, design offices, and inspection agencies. Conducting and guiding technical and economic optimization studies for projects. Participating in kick-off meetings for technically complex projects. Preparing and coordinating all design documentation (drawings, calculations, specifications). Reviewing and approving design documentation from external partners. Following up on project-specific design issues and ensuring solutions. Supporting the sales team with technical documentation and presentations. Maintaining and updating technical documentation and databases. Ensuring compliance with relevant standards and regulations. Providing technical support to the construction site. Assisting in the preparation of technical training for internal and external stakeholders. Managing and coordinating design changes. Identifying and implementing opportunities for process improvement.
