Design Director

Design Director Location: Pune (Full-Time) Exp: 7-8 yrs Compensation : ₹12-15 LPA Reports To: Head of Marketing & Brand Team: Designers, Jr. Designers, Motion Graphic Artists, Stop-Motion Artists; collaborates w/ Copywriters & Freelancers About Together Hospitality Together Hospitality is home to five distinct brands, each w/ its own personality, audience & creative world. We believe design is a strategic tool that builds desire, creates memory, drives awareness & shapes how people experience our products & services. We are looking for an inspiring, collaborative & experienced Design Director to lead our in-house creative team. As our Design Director, you will be responsible for the overall vision & execution of all visual communications across all our brands. You will lead a team of talented designers, mentor them, & ensure the highest quality output. Responsibilities: * Develop & implement the design strategy across all brands. * Lead & manage the in-house design team, fostering a collaborative & productive environment. * Oversee the creation of all visual assets, including branding, marketing collateral, digital content, packaging, & more. * Ensure brand consistency & adherence to brand guidelines across all touchpoints. * Collaborate with the Head of Marketing & Brand, Copywriters, & other stakeholders to understand project requirements & deliver impactful design solutions. * Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, & emerging technologies in design. * Manage project timelines, budgets, & resources effectively. * Provide constructive feedback & guidance to the design team. * Drive innovation & push creative boundaries. * Maintain a high level of quality & attention to detail in all design work. Requirements: * Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field. * 7-8 years of professional experience in design, with at least 3 years in a leadership role. * Proven experience in developing & executing design strategies for multiple brands. * Strong portfolio showcasing a wide range of design projects & a proven ability to lead creative teams. * Excellent understanding of branding, typography, color theory, layout, & visual hierarchy. * Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects). * Experience with motion graphics & stop-motion animation is a plus. * Strong project management & organizational skills. * Excellent communication, presentation, & interpersonal skills. * Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. * Passion for hospitality & a strong understanding of consumer behavior.
