In the areas of photo, film, and CGI, we are market leaders and create cross-media content that is tailored to our customers' target groups.

Our headquarters is our 11,000 sqm large photography studio in Bremen, where we currently employ around 200 staff members.

We are looking for an experienced creative leadership personality who works at the interface between fashion, technology, and AI. In this role, you will be responsible for the creative direction of AI-based productions for a leading international fashion brand. You will ensure high-quality visual results, lead feedback processes with the customer, and develop creative solutions to implement the project's vision.

Aufgaben

• Creative leadership of AI productions (image and video formats) in the fashion sector
• Ensuring highest visual quality and brand relevance of the results
• Tight coordination with the customer to understand feedback and requirements and implement them
• Developing creative guidelines, mood boards, and visual concepts in collaboration with AI creatives
• Accompanying the entire production process – from the first idea to the final output
• Analyzing the results and defining optimization steps for quality improvement
• Supporting the creative further development of the CGAI Unit and internal best practices

Qualifikation

• Multiple years of experience as Art Director, Senior Art Director, or Creative Director, ideally in the fashion or e-commerce sector
• Strong aesthetic sense and deep understanding of brand worlds
• Experience with AI-supported creation (ComfyUI, Runway, Midjourney, Stable Diffusion etc.) an advantage
• Communication strength and confidence in customer presentations
• Able to lead creative teams and define clear visual directions
• Openness to new technologies, iterative working methods, and AI-based creative processes
