YOUR MISSION

As part of NXTGN Startup Factory, you are our creative all-rounder and responsible for ensuring that design, content, and brand come together. This way, you will significantly contribute to NXTGN being recognized as THE innovation platform in the southwest. The following tasks you will take over and shape the transformation and build-up of Next Generation Mittelstand:

YOUR TASKS – What you'll do with us

• You will visualize NXTGN's communication strategy and ensure that our activities and offers are consistently, target-group-oriented, and brand-appropriate designed.
• You will develop and design Design-Assets for online and print communication (e.g. social media graphics, presentations, flyers, posters) as well as event and merchandise materials.
• You will support the BETREUUNG of our Social-Media-Kanäle in daily business and bring your own ideas for Content-Formate.
• You will take over the CREATION of FOTO- and VIDEO-CONTENT, including editing and simple animations, for example for social media.

Qualification

YOUR BACKGROUND – What you bring with you

• You have a STUDY or an AUSBILDUNG in the KOMMUNIKATIONS-, MARKETING- or DESIGNUMFELD and already have some WORK EXPERIENCE.
• You are at home in GRAFIK DESIGN, bring a good understanding of VISUAL COMMUNICATION and enjoy setting contents DESIGNERISCHELY IMPLEMENTING.
• You work safely with common DESIGN- AND CONTENT-TOOLS (e.g. Adobe Creative Cloud, Canva, Figma, Powerpoint).
• You are characterized by a HANDS-ON MENTALITY, structured working style and enjoy teamwork.
• Bonus: You have first experiences in writing for social media and website.
