SAJO is in search of dynamic individuals for the position of PROJECT COORDINATOR, DESIGN BUILD Responsibilities: Provide insight into the constructability of projects and propose cost-effective solutions to ensure successful project delivery. Coordinate with design teams to develop project scope, timelines, and budgets. Collaborate with construction teams to ensure compliance with project plans and specifications. Develop and maintain project schedules, resource allocation, and budget tracking. Ensure timely and within-budget project completion. Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues. Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including clients, designers, contractors, and suppliers. Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the project lifecycle. Maintain accurate records of project progress, issues, and resolutions. Participate in project meetings and contribute to project planning and decision-making processes. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, designers, and contractors. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry standards. Provide training and guidance to junior team members as needed. Maintain a high level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality at all times.
