Requirements: · 5-10 years experience in architectural design; · Strong understanding of building regulations, planning policies, and construction methods; · Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; · Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team; · Proficiency in CAD software (Autodesk Revit, SketchUp, etc.); · Familiarity with project management tools (Asana, Trello, etc.) is desirable.
