Key responsibilities include: • Developing innovative design concepts that meet clients' needs and exceed their expectations. • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution. • Providing expert advice on architectural design, materials, and construction methods. • Conducting site visits and monitoring project progress to ensure quality and timeliness. • Maintaining accurate records of project activities, including design development, meetings, and correspondence. • Participating in design reviews and providing constructive feedback to colleagues. • Staying up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously improve skills and knowledge. Requirements: • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or related field. • 5+ years of experience in architectural design, preferably in a commercial or residential setting. • Strong understanding of building codes, zoning regulations, and construction methods. • Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills. • Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit) and other relevant design tools. • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines. • Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality results.
