Company Description We suggest you enter details here. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Design Architect located in Jaipur. The Design Architect will be responsible for conceptualizing and developing architectural designs, managing design projects, and preparing detailed construction drawings. They will coordinate with clients, teams, and stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met, and oversee design implementation to ensure it aligns with specified objectives. Quality control is essential to ensure the highest level of quality in all aspects of the job. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of architectural principles, be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, and possess excellent communication skills. Key responsibilities include: • Developing and implementing design concepts that meet project requirements. • Managing design projects from concept to completion. • Preparing detailed construction drawings and specifications. • Coordinating with clients, teams, and stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met. • Overseeing design implementation to ensure it aligns with specified objectives. • Conducting quality control checks to ensure the highest level of quality in all aspects of the job. • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals. • Providing technical guidance and support to team members. • Staying up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies. Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field. • 5+ years of experience in architectural design. • Strong understanding of architectural principles. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. • Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit, etc.). • Familiarity with project management tools and techniques. • Ability to travel as required for business purposes.
