As a ServiceNow Developer – ITSM, you will be responsible for developing and implementing ServiceNow solutions that meet the needs of our clients. This includes designing and configuring workflows, creating custom forms and tables, and integrating with other systems. You will work closely with our clients to understand their business requirements and develop tailored solutions that meet their specific needs. Key responsibilities: • Design and implement ServiceNow workflows and configurations; • Develop and customize ServiceNow forms and tables; • Integrate ServiceNow with other systems and applications; • Collaborate with clients to understand their business requirements and develop tailored solutions; • Provide technical support and training to clients on ServiceNow usage; • Stay up-to-date with the latest ServiceNow features and best practices. Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field; • 3+ years of experience in ITSM and/or ServiceNow implementation; • Strong understanding of ServiceNow workflows, forms, and tables; • Experience with scripting languages such as JavaScript or Python; • Knowledge of database management systems such as MySQL or Oracle; • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
