- Have a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related fields;
- Have solid knowledge of Java (versions 8 and 11);
- Possess experience with Spring Framework (Spring Boot, REST APIs);
- Know versioning tools like Git and SVN, as well as databases like MySQL;
- Have experience with MongoDB;
- Have experience in building deployment strategies;
- Have experience with agile methodologies (MVP, sprints, squads, and multidisciplinary teams);
- Be proactive, acting collaboratively and promoting changes;
- Master Excel and PowerPoint at an advanced level.

**Differentials:**

- Knowledge related to the Telecom market regulatory framework;
- Post-graduate or MBA degree in Technology.
