Senior Fullstack Developer - Belo Horizonte, BH

Mission of the Area: Develop solutions to help our clients improve their results through the use of innovative technological solutions and process improvement. You will work within a team to bring projects and ideas for new web applications integrated with microservices, APIs, and other systems.

Job Responsibilities:

• Propose architectures that meet business requirements and quality, ensuring that solutions are scalable and aligned with the company's needs and promptly validate with the Tech Lead;
• Codify strategically, using programming as a tool to generate value, always focusing on solving business problems;
• Be a technical reference within the team, leading by example and promoting a culture of continuous learning and improvement, proposing new technologies, methodologies, and approaches that improve performance and code quality;
• Ensure software deliveries meet quality standards, acting as a guardian of best practices in development and testing;
• Collaborate with Product Owners and the Tech Lead to define and validate acceptance criteria and ensure business requirements are met;
• Propose innovations and improvements for the development team and system architecture, always focusing on solutions that add value to the business and clients;
• Maintain yourself up-to-date with the latest trends and innovations in technology and software development, applying these innovations to resolve problems and optimize processes;
• Demonstrate critical thinking and balance between technical and business needs, taking strategic decisions that optimize results.
• Be able to resolve complex architecture and system optimization problems, bringing rapid and efficient solutions to technical challenges faced;
• Demonstrate autonomy and proactivity in seeking solutions, making confident decisions and adapting quickly when necessary.

Requirements:

• Completed or ongoing degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or related fields;
• Proven and consolidated experience with software development, as well as complex projects, resolving significant technical challenges;
• Solid knowledge of agile methodologies and active participation in development ceremonies.
• Hard Skills: JavaScript, TypeScript, Node.js, Nest.JS, Vue, Vuetify, SQL, and good software development practices, unit tests, project standardization;
• Soft Skills: Self-development, Logical Reasoning, Problem Analysis and Solution, Client Focus and Result, Good Communication; Ability to inspire other developers; Commitment to result and quality; Critical Thinking; Balance between technical and business needs; Ability to work independently with high learning and adaptation capacity.
