Full Stack Developer Mid-Level - RJ

Talentos is looking for an organized, analytical professional, capable of transforming operational needs into functional digital solutions to work for one of our clients. The vacancy requires someone who understands business rules, data, indicators, operational flow and can transform this into usable systems for the team and clients. Activities: Develop, adjust and maintain Focon Engenharia's internal systems; Support the evolution of modules; Create and adjust screens, components, cards, forms, modals, dashboards and operational flows; Work with technologies used by tools like Lovable and Claude, especially React, TypeScript, JavaScript, Tailwind CSS, HTML, CSS and integration with Supabase; Create, maintain and optimize dashboards in Power BI; Structure databases for indicators of quality, inspection, productivity, tickets, reporting and project performance; Develop routines for importing and processing Excel spreadsheets; Create rules for data validation, cleaning and standardization; Support integrations between systems, databases, APIs and automation tools; Use AI, Lovable, Claude and ChatGPT to accelerate development, code review, creation of technical prompts and documentation; Fix bugs, review code, optimize queries and reduce unnecessary consumption in Supabase; Document functionalities, flows, business rules and technical processes; Support the implementation of new functionalities requested by management; Technically guide the area's intern. Requirements: Experience as a full stack or front-end developer with back-end notions; Practical knowledge in React; Knowledge in TypeScript and JavaScript; Knowledge in HTML, CSS and Tailwind CSS; Knowledge in Power BI, including data modeling, DAX measures, charts, filters and relationships between tables; Experience with databases; Notions of Supabase, PostgreSQL or similar relational database; Ability to understand business rules and transform them into systems; Ability to work with Excel spreadsheets, data import and database processing; Organization to document what has been developed; Ease of using AI tools in development;
