ALTERN México seeks to integrate Manufacturing Engineers with a focus on Material Flow & Internal Logistics into its team, to participate in a strategic project within a high-impact manufacturing operation in Mexicali. This position will have a key role in optimizing material flow, designing internal logistics strategies and supporting the expansion of production capacities, directly contributing to operational efficiency and company growth. The engineer will be responsible for developing and implementing process improvements, analyzing data to identify trends and areas for improvement, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals. Additionally, the candidate will have the opportunity to work closely with the operations team to develop and implement new processes and procedures, contributing to the overall efficiency of the organization. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in manufacturing engineering, with experience in material flow optimization, internal logistics design, and process improvement implementation. A bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering or related field is required, as well as 3-5 years of relevant work experience. Proficiency in MS Office, specifically Excel, is also necessary.
