At Volkswagen Financial Services Mexico, we are looking for a professional with strategic vision, innovative mindset, and results-orientation to lead the development of new businesses, financial products, sales channels, and growth opportunities.

✨ This position will be key to identifying market trends, designing solutions that respond to our customers' mobility needs, and turning opportunities into successful projects that drive profitability, market share, and customer loyalty.

What challenges will you find?

Design and implement new business models, financial products, and after-sales services.

Identify opportunities through market analysis, customer studies, and benchmarking.

Lead multidisciplinary projects from conceptualization to implementation.

Define financial and commercial strategies that ensure profitability and alignment with the business's risk appetite.

Design Customer Journeys focused on the digital customer experience.

Coordinate internal teams, suppliers, and strategic partners to ensure successful implementation.

Analyze the product lifecycle and develop continuous improvement initiatives that drive penetration, sales, and growth.

We are looking for talent that has:

✅ Bachelor's degree in Economic-Administrative areas, Business, Finance, or related fields.

✅ 3 to 5 years of experience in product development and management.

✅ Experience as a Product Manager or Project Manager.

✅ Intermediate-advanced English (B2).

✅ High analytical capacity, strategic thinking, and commercial orientation.

✅ Autonomy, ownership, and ability to mobilize stakeholders and drive initiatives from start to finish.
