What are we looking for?

Salesforce Senior Developer / Technical Lead

Requirements:

Solid experience of 8 to 10+ years in Salesforce, especially in Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.

Advanced technical ability to design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain custom solutions in Salesforce, in addition to technically leading other developers.

Experience in Salesforce Service Cloud Voice and Amazon Connect, with at least 5 years working on telephony integrations, routing, AI, and DevOps layers. Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, Salesforce architecture, integration with other systems, complex data models, and management of deployments between sandbox and production is also required.

English must be B2+ or higher
