Oracle Developer

Job Objective

Design, develop and optimize solutions based on Oracle Database, ensuring data integrity, performance and availability by implementing efficient schema, procedures and queries.

Main Responsibilities

• Design relational database schemas, including data normalization, table creation, view creation, index creation and stored procedure development in PL/SQL.
• Implement complex SQL queries, subqueries and aggregate functions, optimizing execution plans by analyzing indexes and statistics.
• Develop and maintain stored procedures, functions and triggers to automate processes and apply business logic.
• Perform SQL query tuning and database parameter adjustments (SGA, PGA) to improve performance.
• Use tools like Oracle Query Optimizer and AWR for analysis and optimization of performance.
• Create scripts for automated administrative tasks and scheduled tasks using PL/SQL, shell scripting or PowerShell.
• Collaborate in agile environments (Scrum) and manage code versions with Git.
• Document processes, developments and technical configurations.
