Experience:

Minimum 1 year of experience as a Java backend developer, participating in the development of microservice-based architectures.

Education:

Degree or Engineering in Systems, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Indispensable knowledge

• Backend development with Java.
• Design and development of microservices.
• Frameworks like Spring / Spring Boot.
• Consumption and exposure of REST APIs.
• Management of relational databases (SQL).
• Version control with Git.
• Use of agile methodologies (Scrum / Kanban).

Main responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain backend services in Java under a microservices approach.
• Analyze technical and functional requirements.
• Ensure the quality, stability, performance, and scalability of applications.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams (business, QA, architecture, frontend).
• Document developments and support incident resolution.
• Propose technical improvements, refactoring, and optimization of services.

Desirable knowledge

• Previous experience in projects in the financial sector.
• Knowledge of enterprise application architecture.
• Management of containers (Docker) and orchestrators (Kubernetes – desirable).
• Implementation of development best practices and software quality.
• Proactive attitude, results orientation, and teamwork.
• Technical/intermediate English.
