Salesforce Hybrid Developer (DEV / Functional) – 3 years of experience. We are looking for a Salesforce Hybrid Developer to join our team and participate in digital transformation and continuous improvement projects on the Salesforce platform. We seek a hybrid profile with experience both in development and functional analysis, able to collaborate with business users, design solutions, and develop scalable functionalities within the Salesforce ecosystem. Responsibilities include: • Designing and developing custom applications using Salesforce's Lightning Platform. • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements. • Developing and maintaining technical documentation for projects. • Participating in code reviews and ensuring adherence to coding standards. • Providing training and support to end-users on new features and functionality. • Staying up-to-date with the latest Salesforce releases, features, and best practices. Requirements: • 3 years of experience as a Salesforce Developer or similar role. • Strong understanding of Salesforce's Lightning Platform, Apex, and Visualforce. • Experience with Agile development methodologies and version control systems like Git. • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
