Establishment employing around 450 colleagues to ensure the specialized education of 23 children and adolescents as well as the socio-educational and socio-professional accompaniment of 127 adults with intellectual disabilities seeking Specialized Teachers, 70% to 100% Your mission: - Provide specialized teaching in collaboration with a teacher - Actively participate in pedagogical duos with professionals for classes - Show differentiation (adapt pedagogical contents to the educational needs of students, their pace, and difficulties), set up and follow individualized pedagogical projects - Accompany the transition of minors to adulthood by supporting students in their orientation and preparation for their future professional and educational path after the end of their education - Create a favorable environment for learning - Support relational skills in the classroom dynamics - Be a carrier of a creative and lively pedagogical line, show initiative - Engage in the school's dynamics by taking delegated responsibilities We are looking for: - A Master's degree in specialized teaching or in the process of being trained or considered equivalent - Knowledge and experience of a few years working with children and/or adolescents with intellectual disabilities, an interest in autism and challenging behaviors - Skills in crisis management are highly sought after - Interest in active and differentiated pedagogies (TEACCH, ABA) - Good organization, ability to set the framework and be a figure of authority for students - Commitment to interdisciplinary work with the educational and therapeutic team - Dynamism, flexibility, creativity - Mastery of computer tools, oral and written French - Knowledge of a musical instrument and/or singing would be an asset - Pool rescue certificate would be an asset - A clean criminal record We offer: - A diversified position in a dynamic sector - A wide opportunity to actively participate in institutional life - Conditions of the collective labor agreement in the social sector of the canton of Vaud - Social benefits of a large establishment: free parking, cafeteria, and bio shop - A natural site of around 30 hectares constituting a magnificent work environment - Access to a significant offer of continuous training and personal development - Start date: immediately or to be agreed We expect your complete application file (motivation letter, curriculum vitae, photo, copies of diplomas and work certificates, extract from the criminal record) by October 25, 2025.
