Derivatives Trader

This role is for one of Weekday’s clients. Min Experience: 3 years. Location: Bengaluru. JobType: full-time. Requirements Key Responsibilities: Support the derivatives trading business in both OTC and electronic derivatives trading. Interact with large institutional clients to facilitate high-touch OTC derivatives trading. Contribute to all aspects of the trading desk activities including client relationship management, risk management, post-trade analysis, and position reconciliation. Propose & implement new strategies for derivatives trading. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders. Analyze market trends and make informed decisions. Stay up-to-date with regulatory changes and ensure compliance. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives. Requirements: Strong understanding of derivatives markets and instruments. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Experience with risk management and trading platforms. Certification in derivatives or related field is an added advantage.
