HOW YOU'LL WORK IN JYSK

  • Together with the Store Manager, you will be responsible for optimizing store routines, ensuring the store is always ready for customers, and achieving excellent sales results
  • Your main task will be to ensure campaigns, a positive sales attitude, and a high-energy environment where your team thrives
  • You will support the Store Manager by communicating, guiding, and training your team in the sales area following JYSK leadership principles
  • You will train your colleagues in the customer first attitude, determining customer needs, and making additional sales
  • You like physical work and will teach by example, selling, and performing routine tasks in the store
  • You see yourself as a Store Manager of your own store in the future and demonstrate commitment to getting there

WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING

  • At least 2 years of experience leading, motivating, and developing sales teams
  • Middle-level vocational training studies
  • Full-time availability to perform rotating schedules
  • Good computer tool management (Microsoft Office, email applications, internet)
  • You are inspiring and communicative to create a positive work environment
  • You are committed to being responsible for customer service and results
  • You are resolute, keep your cool, and guide your team even in adverse situations
  • You always strive to improve your results and quickly recover from setbacks
  • You are passionate about sales and a skilled seller
