Deputy Quality Manager Defence (a) - 100%

This role goes beyond classical quality management: it combines operational implementation with strategic responsibility in a regulated aerospace environment. With direct influence on safety-critical products and the perspective to act as deputy leadership, it offers genuine scope for design rather than mere administration.

Tasks

• Responsibility for the further development and implementation of quality standards according to international norms (EN 9100, ISO 9001, EASA Part 21G/145).
• Deputy leadership of quality management and coordination of audits, including follow-up on measures.
• Optimization of process landscapes, ensuring the timeliness and efficiency of quality-relevant processes.
• Accompaniment of development and change projects in close cooperation with technical teams.
• Interface management with authorities, customers, and corporate partners regarding audits and quality issues.
• Initiate new quality topics and continuous improvement of existing processes.

Qualification

• Techncial study or comparable qualification with relevant professional experience in quality management.
• Experience in dealing with international quality norms and regulations, preferably from the aerospace or high-tech industry.
• Auditor knowledge available or willingness to qualify.
• Methdology expertise: 8D, 5Why, Ishikawa, Root Cause Analysis.
• Experience in international corporate structures and technology-oriented environments.
• Strong communication skills in German and English, additional languages a plus.
• Analytical thinking, structured working method, and confident appearance when dealing with internal and external stakeholders.
