Deputy Project Manager

Founded in 1998, MGGP S.A. is a high-quality service provider in Engineering: technical assistance, consulting, management, and design in the road infrastructure and ferrous sector, environmental protection, water management, telecommunications;

Considering clients and market demands, MGGP S.A. constantly expands its offer with new services provided by different company departments. We operate on the local market as well as on external markets, especially in Central and Eastern Europe, North Africa, and the Middle East, starting from 2021, and also on the Romanian market.

In 2024, MGGP ENGINEERING SRL was established, a Romanian company within the MGGP group, whose goal is to provide high-quality services in the field of engineering and technical consulting. Among our current clients in Romania are: CNAIR, DRDP Brașov, Alba County Council, Bucharest City Hall.

Responsibilities:

• Studying documentation (specifications, technical sheets, notes);
• Providing technical input for identifying and preparing commercial offers/ tenders;
• Participating in the elaboration of necessary documentation for obtaining approvals or authorizations;
• Updating databases with relevant information for tendering (costs, suppliers, subcontractors);
• Contributing to the development of execution plans, Gantt diagrams, and other planning tools;
• Maintaining project status updates;
• Assisting in preparing documentation necessary for reports to clients and authorities;
• Commitment to work productively and constructively within the organization, with open communication, responsibility, and professionalism; learning and using specific software programs (e.g. AutoCAD, MS Project, Primavera, BIM);
• Active collaboration with team members to resolve technical issues.

Qualifications:

• Youth engineer (last year of studies and/or master's degree) OR 1-5 years of experience;
• Solid computer skills (MS Office, MS Project, etc.);
• Advanced English language knowledge (spoken and written).
