Deputy Plant Manager (m/w/d)

We are looking for a motivated and solution-oriented leadership figure as Deputy Plant Manager with excellent development prospects for a plastics manufacturer in Baden-Württemberg.

• Support and representation of the Plant Manager in the operational and strategic management of the site with 350 employees
• Leadership of 2 Direct Reports in key areas of production
• Identification of challenges and proactive development of solution approaches
• Co-shaping and implementation of transformation processes and Lean initiatives
• Ensuring clear communication between the shop floor and management level

• Relevant experience in leading production areas in the plastics industry
• Outstanding ability to recognize problems early on and solve them structuredly
• Conceptual thinking paired with a hands-on mentality
• Communication strength at all levels - from production employees to C-level
• Ambitious, aiming to take over more responsibility in the medium term
