Deputy Nursing Service Manager (m/w/d)

In collaboration with a well-established nursing home near Dorsten, we are looking for a deputy nursing service manager (m/w/d) to start as soon as possible.

Safeguarding and developing high-quality care and quality standards

Creating and controlling schedules, as well as supporting staff development

Responsibility for correct documentation and participation in economic processes

Taking over responsibility in the absence of the nursing service manager

Your qualifications: Completed training in gerontology, health care, or pediatric healthcare

Further education to a responsible nurse according to §71 SGB XI or comparable qualification

At least 2 years of professional experience in stationary geriatric care, ideally 1 year in a leadership position

In-depth knowledge of quality management and documentation

Excellent communication and leadership skills
