Your tasks: Representation of the nursing service leader in all organizational and administrative tasks

Leadership and motivation of the care team, as well as organization of further training

Monitoring compliance with quality standards and care processes

Responsibility for care planning, duty scheduling, and resource planning within the facility

Contact person for residents, relatives, and care staff, and close cooperation with the nursing service leader and other departments

Your qualification: Completed training in geriatric care, health and nursing or equivalent qualification

Further education as a deputy nursing service leader (m/w/d) or corresponding leadership experience

Multiple years of professional experience in stationary care and ideally first leadership experience

In-depth knowledge of care and quality management

High communication skills, organizational talent, and empathy when dealing with staff and residents
