Responsibilities:

Support the Nursing Manager in ensuring safe, high-quality patient care
Oversee patient risk management and drive positive clinical outcomes
Manage resources, lead a competent workforce, and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations
Foster a culture of continuous improvement and quality assurance

Requirements:

Degree/Diploma in Nursing
Post Basic Diploma in Operating Theatre
Leadership/Management Qualification (Essential)
Minimum 5 years in a supervisory position within Theatre (e.g., Unit Manager)
Private sector experience (advantageous)
