Deputy Manager– Financial Reporting (BrokingOthers) Location: Gurgaon Role Overview We are looking for a qualified Chartered Accountant with expertise in accounting, compliance, and reporting to manage finance operations for three regulated entities. The role requires managing daily finance operations, reconciliations, compliance filings, audits/inspections, financial reporting, and system integrations across entities, while ensuring process automation and cost control. Key Responsibilities 1. Manage and oversee the finance operations, including daily accounting, reconciliation, and month-end/year-end closing processes. 2. Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting in compliance with regulatory requirements. 3. Prepare and review financial statements, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements. 4. Oversee the preparation and filing of compliance reports, including GST, TDS, and other regulatory filings. 5. Manage audits and inspections, coordinating with internal and external auditors to ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements. 6. Implement and maintain internal controls to safeguard assets and ensure the integrity of financial data. 7. Collaborate with IT and other departments to streamline financial processes and system integrations. 8. Identify and implement process automation and cost control measures to improve efficiency. 9. Stay updated on changes in accounting standards, regulations, and industry best practices. 10. Mentor and guide the team, providing training and support to enhance their skills and knowledge. Qualifications • Chartered Accountant (CA) with a minimum of 5 years of post-qualification experience in financial reporting, preferably in the stockbroking or financial services industry. • Strong understanding of accounting principles, Indian GAAP, and IND AS. • Experience in managing finance operations, including accounting, reconciliation, and financial reporting. • Knowledge of regulatory requirements, including SEBI, exchanges, and other regulatory bodies. • Experience in managing audits and inspections. • Proficient in MS Excel and accounting software. • Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines. • Experience with system integrations and process automation is a plus.
