JOB DESCRIPTION Deputy Manager, Finance (Keppel DC REIT) Job Summary We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Deputy Manager, Finance to join our dynamic team. This role will be instrumental in supporting the financial operations and reporting functions of Keppel Capital International, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency across various financial processes. Job Responsibilities * Oversee and manage the full spectrum of financial and accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger management; * Ensure timely and accurate preparation of financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements; * Develop and maintain effective internal controls to ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies; * Collaborate with the finance team to identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs; * Provide guidance and support to junior staff members in their professional development; Job Requirements * Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field; * At least 5 years of experience in financial management, preferably in a real estate investment trust (REIT) or similar industry; * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel; * Familiarity with accounting software such as SAP or Oracle; * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously.
