Deputy Leadership of Disposition
Job description
- Support and representation of leadership in organizational and personnel management tasks.
- Taking over leadership responsibility in the absence of leadership.
- Creation and control of daily OP program, as well as monitoring of workflows in day-to-day business.
- Coordination and control of bed planning and room allocation.
- Interdisciplinary cooperation with nursing staff, doctors, practice assistants, and other internal departments.
- Ensuring the completeness of relevant documents and adherence to quality standards.
- Participation in process optimization, training of employees, and participation in projects.
